In the first project stage 42 families will find its living in spacious family terrace houses. Execution of project started in 2009 by construction of engineering networks on the whole subject area which represents an area of 7.5 ha. subject area which represents an area of 7.5 ha. In 2011 construction of residential part of project has started whereas there are already 3 terrace houses completed and occupied and other 14 will be put into use in May 2014.
