Grafobal Group Development

For the group it provides internal developer´s projects and at the same time external ones. Its portfolio is created mainly by residential development projects for clients. The most known are Račany Bianco, reconstruction of Koch sanatorium, progressing construction of Radničné námestie (square) in Rača and project in preparation Račany Rosso.

The most significant project of Grafobal Group development, a.s. represents prepared construction of National football stadium which will represent the pride of the capital city as well as the whole Slovakia.
